Our office is home to both a physician-led collaborative psychiatric team and several independent clinicians. While each provider maintains their own practice structure and billing model, we share a commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based care in a collegial and professional setting.
Our Practice Model
Dr. Sara Marcino leads a collaborative psychiatric team that includes nurse practitioners and a physician assistant who provide in-network care under her supervision.
In addition, Dr. Cindy Hope (psychiatrist), Erin Passow (psychologist), and Donna Farmer (therapist) practice independently within our office and manage their own scheduling and billing.

Insurance participation varies by provider:

These providers do not participate with insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service, and documentation can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
