Dr. Sara Marcino is a board-certified psychiatrist who provides comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults. She brings over two decades of clinical experience and a deep belief that every patient’s story matters. Her approach combines thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, evidence-based medication management, and supportive or cognitive therapeutic techniques to help individuals achieve meaningful, lasting change.

While Dr. Marcino has a strong clinical background in psychopharmacology, she values psychotherapy as an essential component of holistic psychiatric care. She frequently collaborates with therapists, families, pediatricians, school teams, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive support.
