“From the still point, healing ripples outward.”
Ansley Hack, LISW-CP
Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice
Psychotherapy for Individuals • Couples • Children • Families
Ansley Hack is a Licensed Independent Social Worker that provides holistic and integrative psychotherapy to individuals (adults, adolescents, children), couples, and families. Her practice is strengths-based, culturally humble, and grounded in the belief that healing grows through a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients. She builds that relationship on mutual trust, respect, and empathy. She values collaboration and works closely with medical providers, schools, guardians, and her colleagues at Stillpoint to provide comprehensive coordinated care.
Ansley’s Approach
Ansley balances practical day-to-day tools with deeper insight. She helps clients understand how their past experiences shape them, how to navigate the relationships and systems around them, and how to build concrete skills to thrive in the present. Her theoretical integration of behavioral, psychodynamic, systems and relational principles allows tailored and holistic treatment that addresses key components of well-being:
The Present (Behavioral): Practical Tools Ansley helps clients identify the habits, thoughts, and behaviors that keep them stuck today. Together, they practice actionable strategies to manage stress and find relief in daily life.
The Past (Psychodynamic): Root Insights Ansley and her clients explore personal history to understand the root causes of the patterns keeping them stuck.
The Relationships (Systems and Relational): Meaningful Connection Ansley helps clients examine the invisible patterns, expectations, and dynamics in their family, relationships, or career that keep them stuck. She helps clients build better communication and interpersonal skills tapping into emotional and attachment needs. Working with clients on the present, the past, and their relationships ultimately lights the way for long lasting positive health outcomes in the future.
